Survivors Unrestrained offers several ways to connect with other survivors for community, support, and learning.
Zoom Calls
Zoom calls occur every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm eastern/4pm pacific time and run for four hours. They are open discussions.
Beginning in January 2027, Tuesdays will be focused on more structured, discussion-based survivor education, growth, and healing.

In-Person Meetups
We host survivor meetups across the United States throughout the year.

Community Conduct
All Survivors Unrestrained engagements, including Zoom calls, in-person events, and social media, are covered by the Community Code of Conduct.
Our community spaces are peer support and social spaces, not therapy or crisis services.
